What to include in your message

The more precise your message, the faster we can answer:

  • What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
  • The phone brand and model and its Android version (shown on the app's Home screen)
  • The app version
  • For a job problem: the job name, the execution ID, and the log from the execution detail page
  • A screenshot, if it helps
